If you ask to be excluded, you keep any rights to sue USHW separately about the same legal claims in this lawsuit.
Hearing:
February 6, 2026 at 1:30 p.m.
The Court will hold a final approval hearing on the adequacy, reasonableness, and fairness of the Settlement on February 6, 2026 at 1:30 pm, at Courtroom 13A, James M. Carter and Judith N. Keep Courthouse, United States District Court, Southern District of California, 333 West Broadway, San Diego, CA 92101. The location, date, and time of the final approval hearing may be moved without further notice to you. You should contact Class Counsel at (415) 398-0900 to confirm the address and time of the hearing. The Court also will be asked to rule on Class Counsel's request for attorneys' fees and reimbursement of costs and expenses, the service payments to the Class Representatives and the Settlement Administrator's costs.
